This service is provided by BFH Furniture. By using this service you are confirming that you understand and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms and conditions apply to your access to the BFH Furniture website www.bfhfurniture.co.za.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before accessing and/or ordering any beds, headboards, and accessories from our website. If you access the website, and/or place an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions please do not use our website.   1. Security & Privacy

Your privacy is imperative to us and the following information explains what measures we take to protect it.

1. BFH Furniture uses security technology, including firewalls and Secure Socket Layers to protect the information submitted through this website.

2. We do not have access to your financial information which is securely transferred directly to our card processing agents, who securely process it on our instructions.

3. During your visit to our site we may gather certain personal information that is necessary to set up your account, for billing, delivery of your beds, headboards, and accessories. We only keep your information for as long as is necessary to process your order, process any applicable refunds, and respond to any complaints/feedback, or provide you with promotional information you have subscribed to.

4. Electronic transmissions are never completely private or secure therefore we encourage customers to ensure that any computer (tablet or smartphone) you use to access your online patient record is suitably protected from potential interception.

Warranty / Guarantee

What is a warranty?

A warranty serves as an agreement between the consumer and the manufacturer that promises to repair or replace goods purchased within a specified period.

During a warranty period, a consumer may be liable to contribute towards warranty costs, and these costs are worked out on a system based on the number of years the goods have been in use. 

Please note that the warranty is not applicable should a customer have a change of mind when choosing a mattress or choosing the incorrect comfort level suitable to them. Should a customer experience a warranty claim, they will be liable for transportation costs involved.

We at BFH Furniture reserve the right to refuse inspection and to invalidate the warranty should the product be stained, burnt, or in any form or unsanitary condition.

What is a guarantee?

A guarantee is an agreement between the customer and manufacturer that damaged or defective goods will be repaired or replaced, at no additional cost to the customer, within a certain time frame.

Please note that BFH Furniture reserves the right to refuse inspection and to invalidate the guarantee should the product be deemed stained, burnt, or in an unsanitary condition. Should a customer experience a guarantee claim, they will be liable for transportation costs involved.

The guarantee does not apply should a customer have a change of mind or selecting the incorrect mattress comfort level.

Please note guarantee and warranty claims DO NOT include transportation costs.

Who honors the warranty & guarantee?

Both the warranty and guarantee are honored by the manufacturer as these are put into place to protect the product against manufacturing faults. As the retailer, BFH Furniture is happy to assist in any way in getting the issue resolved between you and the manufacturer.

Do I need to keep my invoice/receipt?

Keeping proof of purchase is pivotal. The manufacturers will need proof of purchase to process any warranty/guarantee claim.

Care instructions:

To maximize the life span of your mattress, we at BFH Furniture recommend turning and rotating your mattress every 3 months.

Return Policy

BFH Furniture Return Policy

Should you wish to return a product purchased from BFH Furniture it must be both unused and returned in its original packaging.

The customer will be responsible for the transport costs involved in collecting the bed. This transport cost will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to the customer. Please note that the original delivery fee will not be refunded…

Should your merchandise be delivered damaged, please ensure it’s recorded on our copy of the delivery note and that the problem is communicated with us as soon as possible?

Please note that there there is a 25% cancellation fee

Competition terms and conditions contents


The competition is open to all over the age of 16 years or over except employees of BFH Furniture and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the competition.

By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via our Facebook page. 


Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

The prize is as follows:

The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

Winners will be chosen: 

The winners will be chosen numerically, as the first twenty (20) contestants to have completed all the necessary steps to enter the competition. 

The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Facebook and/or called within 14 days of the closing date. If the winners cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected/is delivered.

The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely by the current [SA] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

The winner’s name will be available 28 days after the closing date by emailing the following address: bradley@bfhfurniture.co.za 

Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
